You are here because you have a goal, a desire, a need to change your body and life for the better. Be in the best shape of your life both mentally and physically by investing in you. COACHING is not watching Youtube videos or Instagram workouts. I’m NOT going to send you a templated workout and hope it works out. As a coach, I am going to take you on the path that’s going to get you to where you want to be:
An assessment. What are your needs? What are your injuries? What are your goals? What are your problems? What equipment do you have access to etc.?
Program design. The right protocols, the right movements, reps/set schemes, strength and conditioning – all the things you will need for the right plan to get to your goals.
Teaching technique. Personal time with me either in person or virtually where I am going to teach you how to perform movements. How to have good form. How to have the right engagement with the form to get the most out of the movement.
Accountability and support. I will be your cheerleader as well as the one to call you out. We are in this together and my job is to support you on your journey and most importantly, have fun doing it.
Education around nutrition and recovery. Help and support on nutrition and other aspects of your life such as sleep and stress that might impact achieving your goals.
Hi, I am Laura.
Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, USA Olympic Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach and Certified Fitness Nutritionist, with an additional qualification in TRX Suspension Trainer. I also have experience of working in a physical therapy clinic, helping to train clients recovering from various injuries. I have been a fitness coach full time for over 8 years.
When not working, you can find me hiking, discovering new restaurants, spending time with my family, cooking or taking a trip… I mean lots of trips.
My training is based on the notion “If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you”, so programs are designed to help clients push their limits and realize their full potential. I work best with clients who are motivated, ready to make a change and are not afraid of hard work. My individual personal training is tailored to each of my clients’ body type, goals and fitness level, focusing on maintaining good form to avoid injury and build a solid foundation for optimum results. I specialize in weight loss and strength training. I’ve also had some amazing results with post natal clients looking to regain their strength and muscle mass.
My goal is to help my clients make fitness their lifestyle and live a happy, healthy life!
